The advisors at Lone Star Legal Search meet with each candidate in person several times, if possible.  When it is not possible, we conduct extensive phone screenings.  In addition to screening the candidate for their academic success and professional achievements, during this time we learn why the candidate is searching for a new position, examine their work ethic, integrity, judgment and character, and focus on their character and experiences outside the law.  Looking beyond the resume, is an essential part of what we do.
